Elf Power: New Tour Dates & R.E.M. Tribute Show!
Oooh, cool stuff alert for the new year and spring 2009! Don't think that we here at Ryko will let you rest for even one minute! Just as soon as you're recovered from all of the fun holiday festivities, our very own Elf Power are already throwing neat stuff your way.First off, the elves have a whole new slew of dates lined up supporting Vic Chestnutt. Earlier this year, Elf Power and Vic collaborated on a release entitled Dark Developments (out on Orange Twin). They've been continuing this collaboration on tour, with Elf Power opening each show with songs off of their latest Ryko release, In A Cave, and then finishing off the night as Vic Chestnutt's backing band. The second leg of their tour has just been announced, so check out the fresh dates for 2009 below:
